- Usage Data: How you interact with our dashboard and services.

- Telnyx: Call and SMS data processed through Telnyx's platform.
- Stripe: Payment processing information.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain our services
- Process missed calls and send automated SMS messages on your behalf
- Qualify leads and book appointments for your business
- Send you notifications about new leads
- Process payments and manage your subscription

4. SMS and Call Data
When a customer calls your business and the call is missed, our system sends an SMS to the caller on your behalf. This SMS conversation is:
- Stored securely in our database
- Visible to you through your dashboard
- Used to qualify leads and extract relevant information
- Never sold to third parties
Customers can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your data. We may share information with:
- Service Providers: Telnyx (SMS/Voice), Stripe (payments), and cloud hosting providers
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Lead and conversation data is retained for 2 years after creation. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

9. SMS Terms & Consent
9.1 How Consent Is Obtained
When a call to a participating business goes unanswered, our system sends one introductory text message to the caller. This message identifies the business and invites the caller to reply START or YES to opt in to text messaging. No additional messages are sent unless the caller explicitly opts in by replying with one of these keywords. By replying START or YES, the end-user provides express written consent to receive further text messages from the business through DockLead.
9.2 Message Frequency & Rates
Message frequency varies based on the conversation. Standard message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9.3 Opting Out
End-users can opt out of text messaging at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon opting out, a confirmation message will be sent and no further messages will be delivered. To resubscribe, reply START.

9.5 TCPA Compliance
Our service is designed with TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) and CTIA guidelines in mind:
- Only one introductory message is sent to a caller — further messages require the caller to explicitly opt in by replying START or YES
- All messages include opt-out instructions
- STOP requests are processed immediately and automatically
- We maintain Do Not Contact lists per business
- Message content is never shared with or sold to third parties
10. Children's Privacy
Our service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
